Annalisa Adams-Qualtiere

Annalisa Adams-Qualtiere is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Six8Leadership, a leadership advisory, consulting, and speaking practice built on a single conviction: that justice, mercy, and humility are not values to aspire to -- they are disciplines to practice. With 30 years across corporate, nonprofit, and philanthropic sectors, including years as a Chief People Officer, she has spent her career inside the rooms where leadership either holds or doesn't.

She is the author of the Quiet Authority Leadership Brief series, published on SSRN, and is pursuing her doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership at USC Rossier School of Education. Her scholarly work examines the organizational conditions that shape how professionals lead, develop, and endure.

Six8Leadership is grounded in the principles of act justly, love mercy, walk humbly.

THE ORIGIN

The Six8Leadership Story

Six8Leadership takes its name and its organizing principle from Micah 6:8 — a verse that asks not what leaders know or how they perform, but who they choose to be. Act Justly. Love Mercy. Walk Humbly.

These are not aspirational values. They are operational standards — the measure by which every leadership decision, every exercise of power, and every organizational practice should be evaluated.

Founded after 30 years at the intersection of organizational power and human dignity, Six8Leadership exists to name what most leadership frameworks leave unnamed: that character, not competence alone, is the foundation of lasting authority.
